"I took the photo - it is of my dog (bichon frise), Mister B at the beach in Ocean Shores, WA. He is standing there with his head up to they sky enjoying the wind blowing through his hair. Mister B just passed away and my good friend Mindy Bannan ordered the picture for me. It is so perfect I can't believe it - It's how I like to picture him in his afterlife, whatever that may be..."
